Plan a street. Watch it come alive.

TraceProperty is an independent mobile game studio from Essex. We make calm town-planning games for Android in which players lay out streets, place homes and shops, and see a small neighbourhood grow.

There is no combat and no countdown. Our games are about the quiet satisfaction of a plan that works. Each map is small enough to finish in a few relaxed evenings, and every completed neighbourhood can be revisited and rearranged later. Players who prefer a blank canvas can open a free-build mode where the only goal is a street they like the look of, built from tiles that slot neatly together on a small touch screen without fiddly precision.

Plots and paths

Each TraceProperty map is divided into plots. Players decide what goes where, and the residents respond to the result by walking, shopping and settling in.

Gentle feedback

Instead of warnings and penalties, a neighbourhood shows how it feels. Busy pavements, empty shop fronts and well-used parks tell the player what is working.

Rebuild without regret

Any building can be moved at no cost. Experimenting with a layout is part of the fun, so the games never lock a player into an early mistake.

Maps with character

Every map has its own terrain, from river bends to hillside terraces, which changes the best way to arrange a street.

Saves stay on the phone

A town is stored locally on the device, and the games play fully offline.
